The hotel is located just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants. The rooms on the first floor come with a balcony offering an amazing view, making for a memorable stay. Additionally, the friendly staff provides a delicious breakfast to start your day.
No improvement needed, everything was just fine.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained. They had free Wi-Fi and offered daily room service. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. , the price was reasonable compared to other places in the area.
Their New Year’s celebration was a disaster. The music was too loud and they allowed people to party until 5 am, making it impossible to sleep.

This hotel offers a nice walk to the beach, which is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of exercise and fresh air before starting their day. Additionally, being close to restaurants is a definite plus, as it allows guests to easily explore local dining options and immerse themselves in the local cuisine. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the beaches ensures that guests can easily access the beautiful shoreline and enjoy a day of sun, sand, and surf.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this guesthouse and overall had a decent experience. We appreciated that the staff was friendly and offered free use of beach equipment, including umbrellas and mats. the location was convenient with restaurants and bars within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
The lack of amenities in the room, including a clothes airer and kettle, and the absence of staff at times. the internet was also slow and intermittent.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the location was ideal as it was just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Kata. Additionally, there were numerous restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. Lastly, my room on the first floor had a lovely balcony, providing me with a wonderful view.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, even offering me rides to the beach since it was a bit far away. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the nearby mountains from the balcony. I also loved that there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The hotel also provided free beach gear like umbrellas and snorkels, which was a nice touch.

Located in a charming area, this guesthouse is a perfect spot to enjoy a nice walk to the beach. the rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable with a nice big bed. the bathroom comes equipped with a shower-tub combination. the service is excellent, with the staff attending to your needs and offering complimentary beach gear. Breakfast is available. the guesthouse offers various facilities, like a fridge and a TV in the room.
